However, if you're unhappy for any reason, here's what to do.
Changed your mind?
If your new shoes are not a suitable fit, or you’ve simply changed your mind please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will be provided with a Returns Code.
Please then return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your Returns Code, with proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to offer a full refund. If your order is returned any delivery charge you paid will not be refunded.
All we ask is that you send them back in an unused, resalable condition. Items cannot be marked, damaged or dirty. Please make sure you try your shoes on a carpeted floor. Goods must be intact - including any labels and protective materials - and be returned in the original shoebox accompanied with all the original packaging.
There are 2 ways for you to return your shoes to us:1. Postal Returns
Pack up the shoes carefully in their original box with all original packaging and a secure outer wrapper.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service to return items to us if you are in the U.K. If the products are being returned from outside of the U.K. we suggest a courier service.
We ask that our customers cover the cost of returning any unwanted products to us.
Please ensure that your name, address and returns code are clearly visible on the return so that we know who has returned the items.
Call in to Emma’s…By The Sea located on the high street at 18 Belle Vue, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 8JS with your goods and proof of purchase. Goods must be in their original box with all original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse you a refund/exchange if you do not fully comply with the requirements in this returns policy.
You are responsible for the cost of returning all products to us and the products remain your responsibility (and for the avoidance of doubt, risk shall not pass in the products) until they are signed for as being received by us.
International customers should also note that they are responsible for all charges, levies, taxes and import/export duties in connection with the return of the product(s) and that duties and sales tax are not refunded for shipments outside of the E.U. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return.
We will not accept the return of the following products:
- products that, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept the return of (which shall be determined in our absolute and sole discretion);
- products that have been worn or damaged; or
- products that we are unable to resell; or
- products that are made to your specification/order, personalised, a special commission and/or altered in any way.
Any non-faulty products that are returned to us in a worn condition and any products received outside of the 14 day time limit will be returned to the address on the original order.
If you have requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card/payment method used to place your order and will be processed as soon as possible.
